The fire is not the answer. It is what shows us the truth.

ABOUT
ARPI
METHOD
What is ARPI?
ARPI is a lifestyle with an ethno therapeutic approach. It is not a method created first and lived later. It is something Chaka has lived.
ARPI grew from his own journey of trying to understand himself, find balance, and make sense of life. Through travel, relationships, music, nature, difficult moments, different practices, and years of listening and learning alongside people from different cultures and ways of knowing, he began to recognise what was actually supporting him.
Over time, he started putting these experiences together in a way that made them easier to understand, practice, and share. ARPI is that living framework. A way of bringing together what has supported him in remembering who he is, while continuing to question, learn, and evolve.
At its heart are four foundations: Awareness, Rest, Purpose, and Interaction. Around them are different practices and spaces, from ARPI Sharing Circles, BreathIN, SURUNA Drum Therapy , Reclaim Your Roots ( Online Program ) , and MUSHUK 1:1 sessions with Chaka.
These are not separate systems or answers to follow. They are tools and doorways that have emerged from the same way of living.
ARPI is not about becoming someone new. It is about unlearning what has disconnected us from ourselves and remembering what has always been there.
Nothing new. Just a place to remember.
To unlearn. To relearn. To keep learning.

Mission

Mission Statement
ARPI exists to spread seeds of awareness. Rooted in a deep hope in humanity, it supports people in returning to their root(s) and looking within, trusting that by coming home to ourselves we make this world a better place, one person at a time. Not to learn something new, but to remember what has always been there.
