BreathIN

If we were to name it, we’d call it meditation—what Chaka Schipper truly aims for is freeing people’s attention from everything that is distracting.

Meditation transformed Chaka's life, and now he wants to share this unique, evolving technique. For him, it has become more than a daily routine or before any important move on the day; it's a way to build community and support others in becoming more self-aware and present. By taking a deep breath and calming the rational mind, Chaka supports people connect with the intuitive wisdom of their hearts, fostering a deeper understanding that nothing is permanent by just taking a BreathIN.

In this transformative BreathIN technique, you'll be guided through a unique fusion of practices that Chaka has personally explored and shaped over the years. While the combination may feel unusual, or even triggering, for some, it comes from his own lived experience. These tools have supported him through challenges, and he shares them from the belief that if they helped him, they might also support others on their own path.

This method blends ancient wisdom with modern science, weaving together conscious breath control from Pranayama, free diving breathing techniques, and deep meditation. The result is a journey that fosters deep self-awareness and presence.

Meditation is at the heart of BreathIN, and its impact of meditation is backed by extensive research. It reduces stress and anxiety, improves clarity, and supports emotional balance. Physically, it benefits the heart, immune system, and more.

BreathIN reflects some of Chaka’s deepest passions. It’s not a trend or a fixed method , it’s a living practice designed to elevate your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through the simple, powerful act of breathing.

We honor that the lands where we gather and work are ancestral lands, some also home to First Nations peoples for millennia. Some of the words we share come from the teachings of Kichwa and Panzaleo people of the Andean regions in Ecuador. We extend respect and gratitude to their Elders past, present and emerging, and to their enduring bond with the land. At ARPI we recognize the interdependence of all life. Living in harmony means unity, solidarity and empathy. When we remember that we are part of the Earth and not its owners, the path to a just and compassionate future opens. We welcome dialogue, feedback and collaboration as we walk together.
