Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offerings provided by ARPI. This includes but is not limited to retreats, workshops, events, online programs, one to one sessions, consultations, digital materials, courses and any other services or experiences offered through ARPI.

By registering, booking or participating in any ARPI offering you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms described in this document.

Deposit and Reservation

For retreats or events that require an application process, participants will receive instructions to secure their place once their application is approved.

A place is confirmed only once the deposit or full payment has been received.

If payment is not completed within forty eight hours the place may be offered to another participant.

Participants are advised to wait for confirmation before booking travel arrangements.

Payment Terms

Payment instructions and deadlines will be communicated once participation has been confirmed.

Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation and the place being offered to another participant.

For one to one sessions or smaller offerings payment may be required in advance in order to confirm the booking.

Cancellation by Participant

 (Retreats and Events)

Sixty days or more before the retreat or event begins
If you cancel sixty days or more before the retreat or event you will receive a refund of fifty percent of the full payment. The remaining fifty percent is retained to cover administrative and operational costs already committed.

Zero to twenty nine days before the retreat or event
Cancellations made within this period do not qualify for any refund including the deposit. This policy exists because resources and commitments have already been allocated on your behalf.

One to One Sessions or Private Work

If you need to reschedule a private session please provide at least twenty four hours notice.

Sessions canceled with less than twenty four hours notice may be charged in full.

Cancellation by Organizer

Some ARPI events and retreats require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met the organizer may cancel the offering.

In such cases participants will receive a refund of all payments made except for a non refundable administrative fee equal to twenty five percent of the event price.

The organizer cannot reimburse travel costs or any other personal expenses such as flights, trains, accommodation or insurance.

If cancellation becomes necessary participants will be informed as early as possible.

The organizer also reserves the right to revoke participation if any behavior or public conduct contradicts the values of ARPI. This includes racism, discrimination, harassment, violence, defamation, political extremism or actions that endanger the safety and integrity of the group or the space.

If participation is revoked the general refund policy applies.

Force Majeure

If an ARPI offering must be canceled or postponed due to events outside the control of the organizer such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war or civil unrest the administrative fee equal to twenty five percent of the ticket price remains non refundable.

Remaining balances will be refunded when possible although this process may take up to twenty four months depending on circumstances.

Travel and accommodation expenses cannot be covered by the organizer.

Requests for exceptions may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually but cannot be guaranteed.

Since 5.530  (©2023) -  5.533 (2025) por ARPI.

We honour that the lands where we gather and work are ancestral lands, some also home to First Nations peoples for millennia. Some of the words we share come from the teachings of Kichwa and Panzaleo people of the Andean regions in Ecuador. We extend respect and gratitude to their Elders past, present and emerging, and to their enduring bond with the land. At ARPI we recognize the interdependence of all life. Living in harmony means unity, solidarity and empathy. When we remember that we are part of the Earth and not its owners, the path to a just and compassionate future opens. We welcome dialogue, feedback and collaboration as we walk together. Our terms and conditions can be found within the following link: Terms & Conditions
